Pain is one of the trials or disasters that can befall anyone. As a Muslim, we are encouraged to visit each other and pray for people who are sick.
Visiting and offering prayers to the sick is a form of support and concern that we can do. Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi narrated that the Apostle recommended reading the following prayer seven times in the presence of sick people.
The prayer is:
God bless you
“As'alullāhal azhīma rabbal 'arsyil 'azhīmi an yassfiyak.”
Meaning: I beg the great Allah, the Lord of the majestic Throne to heal you.
