DDHK. ORG – Asking for protection from the torments of hell is something that many people do muslim. Not only living happily, when in other realms later Muslims pray not to be put into hell.
Reporting from Republika, as adab, politeness, and a request to Allah SWT, Muslims are always encouraged to deliver prayer. One of the prayers that need to be read is a prayer for protection from the hell of hell.
In the book Collection of Prayers and Prayers published by the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that a prayer is asking for protection from the hellish hell. This prayer originates from Alquran Surah Al Furqan verse 65.
Here's the lafadz:
"Robbana-shriff anna adzaaban jahannama inna adzabaha kaana ghoroman,". Which means, "O our Lord, take away the punishment of hell from us, indeed the punishment is eternal destruction,".
Allah SWT gives a description of hell through the hadith of Rasulullah SAW. Hell is a reward for violators of the prohibition and those who ignore the commands of Allah and His Messenger.
The story of hell is related to the revelation, that is Alquran Surah al-Hijr verse 43. Allah says, "Wa inna jahannama lamauiduhum ajmain,". Which means, "Surely Hell is the place of the end that was promised for all of them,".
When the Prophet Muhammad SAW received the revelation, he wept tears. For this reason, it is appropriate for a Muslim to always follow Allah's commands and stay away from His prohibitions in order to avoid the punishment of hell.
