First, Remembrance When Fear of People

We have narrated with an authentic sanad, in the book Sunan Abu Dawud, Sunan an-Nasa'i from Abi Musa al-Asy'ari ra, in fact the Messenger of Allah. when afraid of people, he read

"O Allah, indeed we made You (power) around their necks, and we seek refuge in You from their evils."

Second, Remembrance When Fear of Rulers

We have narrated in the book of Ibn Sunni, from Ibn Umar ra, he said: The Messenger of Allah said: "When you are afraid of rulers and others, then read:

May Allah grant mercy and blessings of Allah be upon him هَ إِلا أَنتَ عَزَّ جَارَُكَ وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ

Laa ilaaha illaal laahul haliimul Hakim subhaanal laahi rabbis samawaatis sabri wa rabbil 'arsyil 'adhiimi laa ilaaha illaa anta 'azza jaaruka wa jalla tsanaauka.

“There is no god who has the right to be worshiped except Allah, the Most Gentle, the Most Glorious, Glory be to Allah, Who has the seven heavens and the great Throne, there is no God who has the right to be worshiped except You. Almighty is Your help and most glorious is Your praise."

It is also sunnah to read the prayer as previously mentioned from the hadith of Abu Musa ra.

Third, Remembrance When Seeing the Enemy

We have narrated in the book of Ibn Sunni, from Anas ra., he said: "We were with the Messenger of Allah. in a battle, then we met the enemy, I heard him read,

يا مالك يَوْمِ الدِّينِ إيَّاكَ أَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ أَسْتَعِينُ

Yaa maaliki yaumid diini iyyaaka na'budu wa iyyaaka nas ta'iin.

"O King on the Day of Judgment, only to You do I worship and only to You do I ask for help."

Then I saw the fallen enemy soldier being struck by angels from the front and behind him.

It is also sunnah to read the prayer as previously mentioned from the hadith of Abu Musa ra.

Fourth, Remembrance When Seeing Satan and Fearing Him

Word of Allah swt:

“And if the devil bothers you with any disturbance, then seek protection from Allah. Surely He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing." (QS. Fushshilat: 36)

"And when you read Alquran, We would have made a wall between you and those who do not believe in the hereafter.” (QS. al-Isra': 45)

Then it is recommended to read ta'awudz and then read Alquran. We have narrated in Sahih Muslim, from Abu Darda ra., he said: 'That the Messenger of Allah. prayer, then I heard him say:

'A'uudzu billaahi minka (I seek refuge in Allah from you).'

Then he continued: Al'anuka bila'natil laahi (I curse you with the curse of Allah). Three times.

Then I saw him reach out his hand as if to take something. After he finished praying, I asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, I heard you say something in prayer, words that I had never heard before, and I saw you stretch out your hand.

He replied: 'Surely the enemy of Allah, the devil came with a torch from hell in front of me, then I said: "I protect Allah from you." Three times, then I said: 'I curse you with Allah's perfect curse.' He backed off three times, then I wanted to grab him, had it not been for the sins of my brother Sulaiman, he would have been tied up and made into a toy for the children of the people of Medina.
