ANSWER: Disasters or calamities occur because of human actions that invite the wrath of Allah SWT, like not obey His laws, do not love the environment, are not disciplined, and others. Allah SWT guarantees the blessings of people who obey His laws in Al-Quran. Once upon a time, the Prophet Muhammad SAW had a testament to Muslims. Rasulullah Saw said, "There is no good in life except for a knowledgeable person ('alim) who speaks or a listener who is paying attention. O people, you are in the age of hudnah and your journey is fast ... "
Miqdad asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is hudnah?" The Prophet SAW replied, "The land of disasters and the disconnected. If it becomes obscure to you matters like a piece of the dark night, then let you (return) to al-Quran. Because, al-Quran is the intercessor accepted by the intercessor and the trusted witness. Whoever makes him a leader, then he will lead him to heaven. And whoever puts it behind, then he will send him to hell. He (al-Quran) are the clearest directions to the best path. Whoever talks to him, he is trusted; whoever practices it, then he will be rewarded; and whoever punishes him, then he acts fairly… ”(Ibn 'Arabi, Al-Washaya li Ibn al-'Arabi [Wasiat-Wasiat-Ibn Arabi], 1996: 324).
