"Maintaining peace in Hong Kong is certainly a bigger obstacle than in our own country," said Ustadzah Winarsih. "The main thing is to keep the prayer because prayer is the duty of every Muslim. In prayer there is our promise to Allah SWT, namely the creed, so whatever happens, we must remain firm because of that promise, "he said.
Ustadzah Winarsih also reminded the congregation, all of whom are Hong Kong BMIs, to keep busy in prayer so that they can truly communicate with Allah (QS. 41:30).
"When the employer forbids us to pray, do we obey it because we are afraid that we willfinished? This is where the istiqomahan test. It is better to let go of the employer than to sacrifice one's faith, ”he said.
He explained, Allah SWT will send down angels to people who are istiqomah and whisper calm in their hearts. Fear will be replaced by calm. "That is the promise of Allah to the servant who fights for istiqomah," he said.
"A struggle as hard as any will will not be in vain as long as we are istiqomah and it will be a witness in the afterlife."
