Based on research results, the number of travelers with motorbikes reaches 20 percent. Because of that, he said, the government is providing a free homecoming program to the community. The Ministry of Transportation has provided 500 buses that will be used for this free homecoming program.

He will also campaign for workers in industrial areas in Karawang to also take advantage of the free homecoming provided by the company. So that the number of travelers using motorbikes will decrease and will reduce the level of congestion.

"We will also manage the motorbike. But consistently please convey. Even though they are from Karawang, where will I be campaigning from. The factories in Karawang are holding free homecoming by bus so they don't go home on motorbikes," said Budi.

Meanwhile, the number of travelers using private cars is estimated at 22 percent. The Minister of Transportation predicts that travelers using private cars will experience congestion on the Cipali toll road and also at the Merak crossing. [DDHK News]
