Islamic center clean upDDHK News, Australia - Local interfaith residents Islamic Center Canberra, worked together to clean up the remains of the destruction that occurred last weekend. This Islamic center, located in southern Canberra, was vandalized on Sunday, April 13.

Member of Parliament from Canberra, Gai Brodtmann, said the citizens of Canberra actually have zero tolerance for events like that.

"We cannot accept it, there is no place for such action in the community, in our community, and the citizens of Canberra today have sent an important message for this incident," he said solemnly.

Azra Khan added that this attack failed because the Muslim community there was getting closer and closer together and understood the genuine support provided by other people outside their community.
