Parents Abroad, Can Children Become Salih and Salihah?

Assalamu'alaikum, Ustadz.
Nowadays, it is difficult for a mother who is full at home to educate her children to make them righteous / shalihah. What's more, if the mother isn't home?
How to respond to the problem above? Moreover, the position of all of us who work abroad is not at home.

Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Ideally, a mother and father should be close to their children. But if it is not possible, then parents can pray, especially after fardhu prayer and tahajud, so that their children become pious / pious children. With the love of Allah, God willing, his children can become pious / pious children.
Don't forget, make sure that sustenance what parents get who then to eat their children is lawful sustenance. Because halalness has a big effect on a person's piety.
