Which is better, holding the pork with gloves or using your bare hands and washing your hands while cooking?

Thanks for the question. The majority (jumhur) of scholars agree that pork is not only haram to eat, but also all its body is unclean. In fact, it is included in the category of high level najis objects (mughalladzah), because the process of washing our limbs has to be 7 times and one of them is mixed with soil.
Therefore, if it can be done not to touch more directly, I think it's better.
