Can a wife cut her hair without her husband's permission?

Assalamualaikum, chaplain.
May I ask? Do you have to get your husband's permission if you want to cut your hair? While our position is LDR (long distance relationship).
Haircut is also because of the demands of work, not for styling. But because my employer and I both have hair that falls out easily. So, than every time you have to engkel-crank about whose hair is scattered, it is better for one of them to give in. I also cut and dyed my hair, but without my husband's permission.
Does a wife have no right to cut her own hair without the husband's permission?

Better just tell your husband, with reasons like that. God willing, the husband will give permission.
