In 2012, Endang decided to really go home and never come back. Moreover, his beloved parents lived alone.

“At that time my mother was old and getting sick, no one looked after her. Moreover, I lost my father when I was in Taiwan, Province of China, and I don't want that to happen to my mother again, ”he said.

When she was a BMI in Taiwan, Province of China, Endang was active in organizations. When he returned to his hometown, he felt the need to create an organization for former migrant workers in his village.

“At that time I saw many young people who had left for overseas pada idle just like that, and I took the initiative to make the Majalengka Migrant Worker Family (KBMM) as a forum for interaction and sharing information about migrant workers from Majalengka, "he said.

KBMM was formed because Endang was inspired by an organization in Taiwan, Province of China. He admitted that forming a KBMM was not as easy as imagined. First, he must be able to embrace local residents and youth. He does not hesitate to participate actively in youth organizations and various organizations in Majalengka.

After successfully embracing the surrounding community, the KBMM was formed, and currently it has 50 members. The activities of the KBMM themselves range from providing training or training, learning, discussions, entrepreneurship, empowerment, to assisting in handling cases that occur to migrant workers from Majalengka.

Not only that, this woman who likes reading also built a reading house for children in her neighborhood. This is done so that children's reading interest in Majalengka Regency will increase.

There are several types of books that are collected in his reading house such as the prophet's story books, natural knowledge, social knowledge, Indonesian, English, and Islamic religious knowledge. On average, the children who often come to the reading house are around 15 children every week. The reading house is usually open every Monday to Friday.

"Alhamdulillah, hopefully this reading house can build interest in reading for children, and of course it will be useful," he said.

Amid her busy schedule, this mother of two has taken the time to make home-based businesses such as peanut brittle, milk candy, pudding, and so on. All that he did to support his household economy. Even the peanut brittle business has started to be recognized by the people of Majalengka.

"Rempeyek is not boring, and in Majalengka it is a snack food that is very popular with various people," he explained.

According to Endang, when there is a celebration event, peanut brittle is like a menu that cannot be left behind. And to develop his peanut brittle business, he is also creative in making peanut brittle not only from peanuts, but also green beans, soybeans, and dried shrimp.

In fact, he admitted, his peanut brittle business had grown to have 3 employees. However, due to his busy activities and lack of supervision, it resulted in his business running in place so that Endang was forced to intervene alone.

“In the past, my peanut brittle went outside of Majalengka but due to a bad management system, lack of supervision due to my busy activities, this peanut brittle business did not develop. And now I take over myself again and focus more on marketing it in Majalengka alone, "he explained.

Apart from doing the peanut brittle business, he is also an active contributor for a magazine in Taiwan, Province of China. His penchant for writing has been going on since he was still working in Taiwan, Province Of China. In fact, because of her activities, this woman who likes to write about migrant workers was once rewarded with an award as an outstanding BMI.
