Hong Kong Has Many Art Exhibitions, Check It Out!

DDHK. ORG – Art exhibitions can often be found in Hong Kong, especially after the pandemic. Art lovers will be more than happy to be in Hong Kong.

Reporting from Second, Hong Kong The Tourism Board held its first media trip after the pandemic. Having a target market of Asean, the countries invited are Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Destinations The first thing you can visit is Avenue Star in Tsim Tsa Tsui. Similar to Hollywood, Avenue Star contains the handprints of famous Chinese artists of all time. But after this pandemic, Avenue Star changed.

No longer on the floor, the handprints were transferred to the guardrail. So tourists can more easily take photos, no need to squat let alone lie down.

Next to Avenue Star is K11 Musea, Hong Kong's newest high end shopping mall. But it's not just moles, K11 Musea is married as an art building. This can be seen from the many art exhibitions on each floor.

Shopping activities will be more exciting with art galleries that are constantly changing. In fact, even the escalator is instagenic!

This artistic journey continues at M+, the museum of visual culture that is the pride of Hong Kong. Located in West Kowlon, only 15 minutes from Tsim Tsa Tsui.

One of the ongoing exhibitions is Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now. This role runs from 12 November 2022-14 May 2023.

There are hundreds of art installations on loan there. Kusama's first work also appeared, accompanied by a new painting when she was in the hospital because of Covid.

Located 10 minutes from M+, there is the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Unlike the M+, this one museum stores antique Chinese dynasty objects.

In addition there is the West Kowloon Promenade. This public park with sea views is so crowded by residents and tourists. There is an ongoing art exhibition there, it's called Serendicity. Carrying the concept of the Media Arts Festival, Serendicity presents a boreal light show in the Hong Kong sky.
