37 Indonesians at Haven Court Causeway Bay Take the Covid-19 Test

DDHK.ORG - The Hong Kong government, on Friday and Saturday, 21-22 August 2020, distributed saliva specimen collection kits for Covid-19 tests to residents of the Haven Court building.

A total of 37 Indonesian citizens (WNI) who lived in the building located on the right side of the Hong Kong Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) took part in the test.

"There are 37 Indonesian citizens who took the Covid-19 test in this building," said Ahmad Ghozali, the Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong who was assigned to assist the Hong Kong Health Department officials in the event.

On August 21, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., all Haven Court residents were given Covid-19 test kits. The following day, August 22, between 7.30am and 12pm, the specimen bottles and laboratory forms were collected.

Since many Indonesians live in flats at Haven Court, the Hong Kong Government coordinates with the Indonesian Consulate General in this activity. A total of 5 KJRI staff were assigned to assist 7 Hong Kong Ministry of Health officials in turn. [ddhk.org]
