Tips for Safe Terrorized Debt Collector Illegal Loans

DDHK. ORG - Illegal loans (online loans) are still troubling the public to this day. Billing with threats and terror to contacts that are not related to borrowers is a terrible thing that many people experience.

If at any time you get a message from an illegal debt collector, the public is asked to ignore and block the contact number.

Reporting from Second, Head Investment Alert Task Force Tongam L Tobing revealed that the public can also report the loan collector to the Police.

He mentioned, there was also harassment by debt collectors. This is because illegal loans usually access and can attract all the borrower's cellphone contacts to access the gallery.

"They harass them by sending obscene images to all of the borrower's HP contacts," he said, Monday (20/2/2023).

Tongam continued, if you do get a stray message from a loan collector, you don't need to worry. The recipient of the message is asked to block the contact.

“If you get a chat stating that we are responsible for a loan from an unknown person and we are made a guarantor, just ignore it. Immediately block the collector's contact number," he said.

According to him, if the debt collector has terrorized or intimidated, shared personal data, and is disturbing, he can be reported to the authorities.

"If it becomes increasingly disturbing, it is hoped that it will immediately report to the police for law enforcement," he said.

Lately, debt collectors have become a topic of discussion after debt collectors yelled at and cursed members of the police when they tried to forcefully take celebrity Clara Shinta's vehicle and had fled to Ambon. [DDHK News]
